At Pioneer Flying Academy, we believe that a supportive and transparent environment is essential for every student to excel in their training. We are committed to addressing concerns fairly, promptly, and with complete confidentiality, ensuring that no student ever feels unheard during their journey with us.
We recognize that challenges may arise during the course of training—whether related to academics, flying operations, safety, or personal well-being. To maintain a positive learning atmosphere, we have put in place a structured grievance redressal mechanism that empowers students to voice their concerns without hesitation.
To ensure that every issue is directed to the right authority and resolved efficiently, we have designated officers for different areas:
POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Complaints
Students may directly reach out to Navjot Ma’am for any matters related to workplace safety, dignity, or harassment. Her contact details are provided to all enrolled students, and strict confidentiality is maintained.
Flying-Related Concerns
For queries or issues connected to flight training, schedules, or operational matters, students can contact Mr. Anil Choudhary at anil@pioneerflyingacademy.com.
Vigilance and Integrity Concerns
Any grievances related to compliance, ethics, or integrity may be addressed to Mr. Naresh Handa at handanaresh7@gmail.com.
Acknowledgement – Every grievance submitted will be acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe.
Review & Action – The concern will be reviewed by the designated officer, ensuring fairness and impartiality.
Resolution & Feedback – Students will be informed of the resolution, with the option to provide feedback on the process.
We assure all students that their concerns will be handled with professionalism, confidentiality, and utmost sensitivity. The goal of our grievance redressal system is not only to resolve issues but also to continuously improve our processes, ensuring a stress-free and enriching learning experience.
At Pioneer Flying Academy, your voice matters—and we are here to listen, support, and act.
